VPRINT S.C., the owner of the vprint.pl website, makes every effort to ensure that your privacy is properly protected. In order to comply with the lawful, transparent and secure processing of your personal data, we accept this Privacy Policy, which has been effective since May 25, 2018.

Privacy Policy refers to the RODO, that is Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 3. The scope, objectives and legal grounds for the processing of personal data
Due to the fact that through vprint.pl service we enable contact in various matters, we process your personal data for various purposes, in different scopes and on different legal grounds. In order to accurately provide information about the processing of your personal data, we group them according to the purpose of data processing.

a. Order of services
Data scope: In order to order a service, we process data sent via the order form: name and surname, e-mail address, website address, project description, attachment.
Legal basis: Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of ordering services expressed by means of ticking the appropriate check box or check boxes in the order form.

b. Presentation of the offer of our services
Data scope: In order to prepare and present the offer of our services, we process personal data sent via the contact form: Name and surname, e-mail address, content of the inquiry.
Legal basis: Processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract.

c. Handling of other queries from the contact form
Data scope: In order to answer inquiries not being a request to present our services, we process data sent via the contact form: Name, email address, content of the inquiry.
Legal basis: Our legally legitimate interest (processing at the request of the data subject).
In the case of personal data obtained in a different way than by the vprint.pl website (by phone, e-mail, etc.), we also process it only for the purpose for which it was made available and for the time necessary to achieve this goal. In the case of a planned change of the purpose of processing, we always ask the owner of the personal data for consent and inform about the changing conditions of data processing.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to ensure proper operation of the website, in particular to adjust the content of the website to the user’s preferences and to optimize the use of the website. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the user’s device (such as: device type, screen resolution, country from which it comes to enter) and thus properly display a web page tailored to its needs.

5. Provision of personal data

We provide your personal data to service providers that we use when operating the website. The service providers to whom we pass your personal data, depending on the situation, are either processors or administrators. The list of suppliers, which services we use, you will find at the end of this Policy. We use suppliers who process your personal data only on our instructions. They provide us with a hosting service, provide us with systems for online marketing, sending emails and analyzing traffic on the site. We use suppliers who do not act solely on our instructions and will set the goals and methods of using your personal data. They provide advertising campaigns for us. Our suppliers are based mainly in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g. in Ireland. Some of them are based outside the EEA. Due to the transfer of your data outside the EEA, we have made sure that our suppliers guarantee a high level of personal data protection. These guarantees arise in particular from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (EU) or participation in the EU-US Privacy Shield program.

a. State Authorities
We provide your personal data if we are approached by authorized state authorities. The Administrator stores Users’ personal data for a period not longer than it is necessary to prepare a personalized offer / processing your order / response to other inquiries and enabling the Administrator to fulfill his obligations. We remind you that users can delete data at any time.

6. Your rights related to the processing of personal data

You have the right to:
a. access to your personal data,
b. correcting personal data,
c. deletion of personal data,
d. restrictions on the processing of personal data,
e. transfer personal data,
f. object to the processing of personal data,
g. withdrawal of prior consent to the processing of personal data.

If you make a request to us for the execution of the above-mentioned rights, we will respond to your request promptly, but no later than one month after receiving it. However, if – due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests – we will not be able to meet your request within a month, we will meet them within the next two months informing you in advance about the extension.

7. Security of your data

As a Personal Data Administrator, we make every effort to ensure the security of your data.
We undertake to:

• data protection against their being made available to unauthorized persons, being taken by an unauthorized    person, changes, damage or destruction,
• allowing personal data to be processed only by persons holding the authorization issued by us,
• ensuring control over the correctness of personal data processing,
• keeping records of persons authorized to process personal data, exercise special care to allow persons authorized to
• processing of these data kept them secret, also after the completion of the Service,
• keeping the documentation required by law describing the processing of entrusted personal data and technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of data processing,
• ensuring that IT and telecommunications equipment and systems used to process personal data comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data being processed and the technical and organizational conditions to which the equipment should respond and systems.
